Message	In FL, cars over 10 years old can be exempted, but you have to request the exemption. People sometimes do it if they replace the engine to avoid a Not Actual Milage title, and things like that. My car is listed exempt from milage, and the people that owned it before me took advantage of that and rolled back the ODO by my best guess of 100k miles.
